Kin­man is a part­ner at Moss Adams, where he serves a diverse spec­trum of not-for-prof­it orga­ni­za­tions and gov­ern­men­tal enti­ties, pro­vid­ing assur­ance and con­sult­ing ser­vices to edu­ca­tion­al insti­tu­tions, research orga­ni­za­tions, com­mu­ni­ty health cen­ters, fed­er­al­ly qual­i­fied health cen­ters (FQHCs), foun­da­tions, inter­na­tion­al non­govern­men­tal orga­ni­za­tions, social wel­fare orga­ni­za­tions, and ancil­lary health care providers and orga­ni­za­tions. Kin­man is a des­ig­nat­ed Sin­gle Audit tech­ni­cal review­er for the firm, and a mem­ber of the AICPA Not-for-Proft Enti­ties Expert Pan­el.

Kin­man is the co-chair of Moss Adams’ Inclu­sion & Diver­si­ty Board, with the goals of explic­it­ly liv­ing our core val­ues and fos­ter­ing an inclu­sive and diverse cul­ture where every­one feels like they belong. Kin­man was hon­ored by the San Fran­cis­co Busi­ness Times, as one of the 2021 OUT­stand­ing Voic­es, for being a leader who is out and mak­ing a dif­fer­ence in the busi­ness world. He is also the chair of the AICPA LGBTQ+ Ini­tia­tives Com­mit­tee and a mem­ber of the Cal­CPA’s Com­mis­sion on Belong­ing.

With­in his San Fran­cis­co Bay Area com­mu­ni­ty, Kin­man serves on the boards of Asian Health Ser­vices and Auro­ra The­atre Com­pa­ny. He is a proud Cal­i­for­nia Gold­en Bear, and con­tin­ues to give back to Berke­ley Haas by being part of the school’s alum­ni coun­cil and advi­so­ry board mem­ber of the school’s Cen­ter for Finan­cial Report­ing and Man­age­ment.
