Supporting LGBTQ+ Students

As Man­ag­er of the Nation­al Rain­bow Col­lege Fund, Roge­lio over­sees the plan­ning and man­age­ment of the schol­ar­ship pro­gram.

Roge­lio is a local San Die­gan who received his bach­e­lor’s degree in Inter­na­tion­al Secu­ri­ty Con­flict Res­o­lu­tion at San Diego State Uni­ver­si­ty and his mas­ter’s degree in Non­prof­it Lead­er­ship Man­age­ment at the Uni­ver­si­ty of San Diego. He has spent his career man­ag­ing pro­grams at San Diego Youth Ser­vices, Foun­da­tion for CA Com­mu­ni­ty Col­leges, and Bio­com Insti­tute and brings a wealth of exper­tise and rela­tion­ships in the LGBTQ+ space. Roge­lio is a cre­den­tialed lead­er­ship coach through the Inter­na­tion­al Coach­ing Fed­er­a­tion (ICF).
